The Miller Group’s CARE program is entering its 16th year. What an accomplishment it has been for our organization to encourage our employees to identify, develop and recommend ways to make our company more sustainable, safe and relevant in today’s competitive marketplace. Our CARE program is an innovative way for our employees to become more engaged in the day to day performance of our company. Who is better positioned to identify opportunities to improve on our company’s track record financially, environmentally and safety consciousness than our employees – as you are our eyes, ears and voice in the field and office day in, day out.

I am very excited to see the introduction of Miller’s new CAREplus program, after 16 years we felt the program could use some freshening up and have totally revamped the program to be more fun, more rewarding and easier to participate. Our newly developed website http://millertransit.ca/CAREplus is simple to use and full of great information. We even have an Instagram account for you to submit your Miller related photos!

So I encourage you to get involved and take greater ownership in our company. By participating you are making a statement that you CARE about this company, you CARE about your fellow employees and you CARE about your future.

Collectively we can find better ways to do our jobs thereby making Miller more competitive and positioning us to be the best in our industry, or simply put “ONLY THE BEST”!
